We walk your property, discuss the design, and provide a written quote that covers installation, maintenance, and takedown.
Step 2: Custom Design
We plan the layout, select the light type and color scheme, and confirm power requirements before ordering materials.
Step 3: Professional Installation
Our crew installs every strand, tests every connection, sets timers, and cleans up. Residential installs typically complete in one day.
Step 4: Maintenance and Takedown
If a bulb goes out during the season, we replace it. After the holidays, we take everything down, pack it, and store it for next year.

Residential Roofline and Eave Lighting: Professional C9, mini, or icicle light installation along rooflines, peaks, and eaves. Clean lines, secure mounting, no staples or nails into shingles.
Tree and Shrub Wrapping: Trunk wraps, canopy wraps, and shrub netting using LED or incandescent strands. We size the lights to the tree so coverage looks intentional, not random.
Commercial and Storefront Displays: Exterior lighting for retail storefronts, office buildings, restaurants, car dealerships, and mixed-use properties. We coordinate power, timing, and design to match your brand.
HOA and Community Displays: Common area lighting for homeowner associations, apartment complexes, and gated communities. Clubhouses, entry monuments, and streetscape trees included.
Custom Displays and Specialty Installations: Wreaths, garlands, window frames, walkway lighting, and custom configurations. If you can describe it, we can install it.
Seasonal Maintenance and Bulb Replacement: If something goes out during the season, we fix it. Maintenance visits are included in the installation price for the full holiday season.
